Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNED ITEMS / CANCEL AN ORDER:

If you need to return an item we offer return services, as long as the item is unopened and unused.
The order must be within 30 days.
The item must be sealed and not damaged.
We will provide a return label at your expense. Return label price varies on size of box and weight.
All returns will come with two fees.
1) Restocking fee. The restocking fee is 15% of the product's price.
2) Return label fee.
Prices will vary depending on the items being returned. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected you'll be refunded to the original payment method.
If you want to cancel an order we will honor it but only if the item(s) has not been shipped. Otherwise it will be considered a return and the fees will now be effective.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive damaged items please contact us immediately at [email protected] please include the order number with clear images of all items including all sides of the box it arrived in and a photo of the shipping label.
Once images are received we will provide a refund or replacement depending on availability.
-If no image is received within the time frame, no refund or replacement will be provided.
MISSING ITEMS:
If a package is missing and never delivered we will replace or refund.
-This only qualifies if the tracking number provided shows not delivered.
